As such registration is no longer compulsory under Order in Council, I presume that neither Consular fee No. 70 nor any other fee could be charged.

If Your Excellency approves my suggestion that British companies should be requested by His Majesty's consuls to supply the above information, I think it may also be useful for a central reference list of registered companies to be kept conveniently at this consulate-General, and accordingly for annual reports to be made by His Majesty's Consuls on April 1st similar to the procedure in the past.
